Job summary

Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine Centers is seeking a data-driven FP&A analyst for a hybrid role focused on analyzing performance trends, developing budgets and forecasts, building financial models, and translating data into actionable recommendations across our clinics.

You will monitor metrics, support growth initiatives, build KPI dashboards in Excel and Power BI, and provide decision support to leaders.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of FP&A, financial analysis, or healthcare analytics.
• Advanced Excel skills with financial modeling and scenario analysis.
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor key operational metrics.
• Identify trends that impact clinic performance and recommend improvements.
• Evaluate performance vs benchmarks with operations leaders.
• Support growth via market analysis, demand forecasting, and tracking.
• Develop KPI dashboards for leaders and clinic managers.
• Support business development and payer negotiations with analytics.
• Assess financial/operational impact of strategic initiatives.
• Support value-based care through outcomes and cost analyses.
• Prepare ROI analyses and resource allocation recommendations.
• Maintain dashboards using Excel, Power BI, and BI tools.
