Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Financial Analyst III for Les Schwab in Bend, OR. The role focuses on modeling business scenarios and financial metrics to support strategic company decisions, serving as a trusted partner to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 5+ years FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting experience.
• Advanced Excel and proficiency with Google Suite for complex financial models.
• Experience with Oracle EPM and Smart View.
• Ability to analyze financial statements and build models in Excel/Sheets.
• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and how they impact reporting, forecasting, and analysis.
• Experience supporting month-end, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes.
• Experience performing variance analysis and communicating financial performance to stakeholders.
• Experience preparing executive-level reporting, presentations, and summaries.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and take ownership of projects.
