Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 5+ years FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting experience.
• Advanced Excel and proficiency with Google Suite for complex financial models.
• Experience with Oracle EPM and Smart View.
• Ability to analyze financial statements and build models in Excel/Sheets.
• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and how they impact reporting, forecasting, and analysis.
• Experience supporting month-end, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes.
• Experience performing variance analysis and communicating financial performance to stakeholders.
• Experience preparing executive-level reporting, presentations, and summaries.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and take ownership of projects.

Insight Global is seeking a Financial Analyst III for one of our top clients, Les Schwab, in Bend, OR. Financial Analyst III is a key contributor responsible for modeling business scenarios and financial metrics used to support strategic company decisions. This individual will work on multiple projects simultaneously, analyze complex financial data, and translate detailed information into clear, actionable insights for leadership. The role serves as a trusted partner to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, helping drive budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and strategic planning initiatives. This position offers exposure to high-impact business decisions and provides an opportunity for someone who has the ambition and aptitude to develop into a future leadership role.

Skills and Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 5+ years of FP&A, Corporate Finance, Financial Analysis, or Accounting experience
• Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency with Google Suite, including building and maintaining complex financial models
• Experience with Oracle EPM and Smart View, or similar financial planning and reporting systems
