CFS in Appleton, WI is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to own FP&A activities, build financial models, and drive forecasting accuracy.

You will partner with senior leadership, deliver KPI reporting on margins, labor, and productivity, and push automation and AI to enhance reporting.

This high-visibility role offers opportunities to influence decisions and shape FP&A processes across the organization.

4–7 years of FP&A, financial analysis, or related finance experience.
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with large/complex data sets.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and KPI reporting.
Ability to translate financial data into meaningful business insights and recommendations.

Analyze financial and operational results to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Develop and maintain financial models to forecast performance and support strategic decisions.
Prepare and enhance KPI reporting across metrics including volume, margins, labor, freight, inventory, productivity, and customer profitability.
Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
Partner with business leaders to review performance, explain variances, and provide actionable recommendations.
Lead financial discussions with stakeholders and communicate findings to financial/non-financial audiences.
Evaluate business cases and assumptions to aid leadership in data-driven decisions.
Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and financial processes through automation, AI, and technology.
Improve the accuracy, consistency, and scalability of financial reporting and analysis.
