Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a seasoned financial analyst to join our team. You will conduct quantitative analyses, build models, and support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for assigned programs.

You will collaborate with program managers and cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable insights. The role requires an associate degree with 5–7 years of relevant experience (bachelor's preferred), strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently

Qualifications

• Associate degree with 5–7 years of relevant experience, or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Strong financial analysis and quantitative reasoning.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, expense analysis, and performance monitoring.
• Ability to develop and interpret financial models.
• Understanding of cash flow, revenue, expenditures, depreciation, and controls.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quantitative analyses related to budgets, expenses, investments, and other financial activities.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret financial information to measure performance against goals.
• Develop and maintain financial models to forecast future results and support decisions.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and long-range planning.
• Analyze cash flow, expenditures, revenue, and investments to identify trends and risks.
• Collaborate with program managers and cross‑functional teams to explain results and identify improvements.
• Monitor financial performance and report variances to stakeholders.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Support compliance, audits, and internal control improvements.
