Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or related discipline.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret financial data and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Monitor financial performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with monthly and quarterly financial reporting and management presentations.
• Develop financial models to support business planning and strategic initiatives.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability, and key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with accounting, operations, and department leaders to improve financial visibility.
• Support the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasting activities.
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and improve financial efficiency.Provide actionable insights and recommendations to management based on financial data.
