Job summary

Redhawk Administrative Services is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to lead a 30+ person accounting team in support of DHS customers, including USCG, TSA, and CWMD. Responsibilities include financial analysis, FSMS data extraction, reconciliations, and reporting to management.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, CPA/CGFM certifications preferred, and 3–5 years of leadership experience with advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Business Administration, MIS, Business/Data Analytics)
• CGFM/CPA/CDFM/CPFO certifications (Preferred)
• 3–5 years’ experience in a financial role leading teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis techniques
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with FSMS (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead task execution across a 30+ accounting team.

• Support the reconciliation of financial data within FSMS.
• Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings and trends for management review.

• Perform ad-hoc analysis as required by management to support informed decision-making.
• Support financial accounting and payment processing.
• Support financial and accounting processes mandated by the customer and other federal agencies.

Position Summary

Redhawk Administrative Services is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to lead execution across a 30+ staff accounting team in support of our Department of Homeland Security (DHS) customer. They play a critical role in providing professional financial services to the US Coast Guard (USCG), Transportation Security Administration (TSA), and the Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction Office (CWMD). Requirements include accounting services, audit/internal controls, and property management.
