Job summary

Redhawk Administrative Services is seeking an Accounting Subject Matter Expert (SME) to apply deep knowledge of accounting processes and FSMS in support of the DHS customer, including USCG, TSA, and CWMD. The role requires 3–5 years in a financial position with strong Excel skills and the ability to train staff.

Active Secret Clearance is required. This position is contingent on contract award and located in Chesapeake, VA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CGFM/CPA/CDFM/CPFO certifications preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME on financial processes and systems, including FSMS.
• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures.
• Train financial staff on FSMS and related systems.
• Resolve complex financial issues and inquiries.
• Research and analyze emerging financial trends and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes.
• Prepare documentation and reports related to financial processes.
• Apply SME to support financial accounting and payment processing.
• Support financial and accounting processes mandated by the customer and other agencies.
