Job summary

Rite-Hite Corporation is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. You will administer, analyze, govern, and improve variable compensation programs supporting the organization's sales and service teams.

You will develop financial models, perform scenario analyses, and evaluate the financial impact of compensation strategies to support planning and executive decision-making. You will partner across Sales, Service, Finance, HR, IT, and Leadership to forecast compensation expense, model

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Information Systems or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in sales compensation, financial analysis, sales operations, business analytics, or related field.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Power Query, complex formulas, and data validation.
• Experience analyzing large datasets and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Administer monthly, quarterly, and annual incentive calculations for sales, service, and administrative employees.
• Validate performance metrics and compensation results prior to payout and ensure plan governance compliance.
• Coordinate compensation processing with Payroll and Finance and maintain calendars.
• Collect, cleanse, and validate performance data from CRM, ERP, service management, and financial systems.
• Develop recurring and ad hoc reports to monitor compensation trends and business performance.
• Support forecasting of incentive expense and accruals.
• Assist in design, modeling, and implementation of new incentive plans and KPI changes.
• Analyze plan effectiveness and document business rules and calculation methodologies.
• Serve as a trusted resource for Sales, Service, HR, and Finance regarding compensation questions and dashboards.
