OEC, a PE-backed SaaS company, seeks a Corporate Finance professional to shape budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning. You will partner with Technology, Marketing, and Administrative leaders and present to Directors and Executives.

You will drive P&L analysis, manage month-end close, and support capital allocation and acquisitions, using tools like Workday Adaptive Planning and Hyperion, while leveraging AI to improve efficiency.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of progressive financial analysis experience.
• Background in SaaS and/or private-equity-backed environments.
• Exposure to M&A, capital allocation, or investment analysis.
• Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills; experience with planning tools.

Mansioni

• Drive enterprise-wide P&L analysis by consolidating data across functions.
• Help set corporate finance goals through budget, forecasts, and 3-year plan.
• Own month-end reporting; explain variances and prepare executive packages.
• Guide capital allocation with ROI and investment analysis.
• Support M&A due diligence and integration.
• Leverage AI tools to speed up analysis and automate recurring work.
