Job summary

This role partners with Operations, Supply Chain, Contracts, Business Development, and Program Management to deliver insights that drive informed decision-making. You will perform monthly closings, revenue recognition, and project accounting tasks, using ERP systems and BlackLine to ensure accurate reporting and strong internal controls

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/CMA is a plus but not required.
• 3+ years of relevant Accounting/Finance work experience.
• Experience with ASC 606, GAAP, and SOX controls.
• Experience in revenue and cost accounting, manufacturing/contracting.
• Strong MS Excel skills with complex formulas and pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Generate accurate reports on revenue, margin, orders; reconcile related elements.
• Lead monthly Revenue & COGS reconciliation; own revenue recognition processes.
• Set up new projects in the financial system; analyze invoicing, revenue, and costs.
• Support POCC accounting for government projects; journal entries and reconciliations.
• Analyze manufacturing costs; identify drivers and cost-improvement opportunities.
• Perform monthly closings and account reconciliations using BlackLine.
