Capgemini partners with a leading U.S. insurer to recruit a Senior Financial Analyst who will support financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to drive business performance.

You will work with Finance, Accounting, and business stakeholders to maintain accurate financial information, support strategic planning, and provide insights into drivers of performance. Excellent analytical and process-improvement skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Fluent English.
• Strong experience with financial analysis, reconciliation, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Experience with AP/AR, banking operations, and financial controls.
• Advanced proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Experience identifying and implementing process improvements.
• CPA or CMA exam progress, MBA/Master’s coursework, or Six Sigma Yellow Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly budget variance, forecasting, and KPI reports, identifying key trends and drivers.
• Develop financial and business models to provide insights for decisions.
• Support annual strategic and financial planning, including consolidation and analysis.
• Analyze expenses, vendors, and capital proposals, providing financial insights and recommendations.
• Execute finance operations including AP/AR, reconciliations, banking transactions, and financial controls.
• Support internal and external audits with accurate financial information.
• Partner with Finance and business stakeholders on special projects and ad hoc analysis.
• Lead or contribute to process improvement projects to boost efficiency and reduce risk.
