On-site four days a week with one remote day, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, risk assessment, and value creation across property and casualty finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Financial Analysis or Accounting; insurance industry experience preferred.
• Progress toward CFA or CPA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conducts in-depth financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
• Develops and maintains complex financial models to forecast future performance and assess risks.
• Leads long-term financial planning and annual budgets aligned with objectives.
• Tracks KPIs and presents dashboards to senior management with insights.
