Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field required.
• Strategic thinker with ability to take end-to-end view and develop multiple solutions.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Business Objects; able to develop financial models and support complex reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to interact with business partners at varying levels.
• Ability to manage multiple detailed processes in a time-sensitive environment.
• FINRA Series 99 license preferred; must obtain within six months if not licensed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily Reserve computations under SEA Rule 15c3-3.
• Monitor balance movements and perform reconciliations.
• Ensure data completeness and accuracy in regulatory reporting workflows.
• Research and resolve exceptions; maintain process documentation and strengthen reporting controls.
