Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5-8 years of related experience.
• High Excel expertise and ability to interpret growth incentive programs.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external customers.
• Understand Hollister distributor partners and growth strategies.
• Experience interpreting growth incentive programs and executing payouts.
• CPA or Master’s degree in Finance a plus; medical device industry preferred.
• Deep expertise with Excel, Power BI, Power Query, and analytics tools.
• Experience with SAP and BPC a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage payout of dealer/distributor growth incentive rebates based on program agreements for the US.
• Read and understand rebate program contracts to effectively execute them.
• Manage monthly reporting on growth incentive programs performance.
• Collaborate with legal and US finance on contract questions.
• Notify teams when rebates are approved and ready for customer use.
• Maintain distributor pricing tier grid and update customer price lists.
• Lead system testing and implementation of SAP, BW, and Vistex platforms.
• Lead investigations using sales trend and Class of Trade analysis with Pricing team.
