Job summary

The Senior Analyst, Integrated Business Planning (IBP) at Hollister Incorporated designs, configures, and supports SAP IBP across supply and demand planning. You will optimize planning areas, calculations, and data integrity across IBP, S/4HANA, ECC, and BW while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Candidates must come into the office at least four days a week and live within commuting distance to Libertyville, IL or Nashville, TN.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 5-8 years of related experience in supply chain or IBP environments.
Hands-on experience with SAP IBP, including planning modules for supply and demand.
Strong data modeling, calculations, integration, and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, and maintain SAP IBP solutions supporting supply and demand planning.
Develop and optimize planning areas, attributes, and key figure calculations.
Ensure accurate aggregation/disaggregation logic and data integrity across IBP and linked systems.
Analyze issues, perform root cause analyses, and support data reconciliation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align planning with business requirements.
Monitor data flows across S/4HANA, ECC, BW, and IBP and optimize performance.
