Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of property-level and corporate accounting, including financial statements, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Manage financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow analysis, and property performance.
• Perform financial modeling, underwriting, and due diligence for potential real estate acquisitions.
• Evaluate investment opportunities, financing structures, and projected returns.
• Coordinate with banks and lenders on financing, refinancing, and ongoing reporting requirements.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure appropriate internal controls.
• Partner directly with senior leadership on acquisitions, strategic initiatives, and portfolio growth.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting, and operational efficiencies.
