QXO in Daytona Beach, FL is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Operations Finance team. You will translate complex data into actionable insights for field leaders and executives, building Power BI dashboards and automating reporting to accelerate analytics transformation.

The ideal candidate has a business degree, 3–7 years of financial analytics experience, advanced Excel and Power BI skills, and a proven ability to explain results to non-financial audiences while managing multiple

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or related field.
3–7 years of financial analyst experience in corporate or operations finance.
Proven experience building Power BI dashboards from scratch.
Advanced Excel skills, pivot tables, and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for field leaders and executives, designed for business users.
Execute monthly close reporting, including variance analysis and driver commentary.
Partner with field managers and branch leadership to identify trends and risks and support decisions around sales, margin, and operating costs.
Drive reporting automation using Power BI, Power Automate, and Excel to reduce manual work.
Deliver ad-hoc analysis and presentation materials for senior leadership decisions in a clear, decision-ready format.
Evaluate capital investments and ROI models to inform project viability.
