QXO is seeking a Financial Analyst to support executive management by maintaining and analyzing financial and operational data, translating insights into actionable recommendations, and partnering with segment leaders to drive performance.
This role covers forecasting, annual planning, management reporting, and integrating acquired businesses into QXO's reporting framework, with opportunities to influence strategy.

The Financial Analyst will support executive management decision‑making and business planning by maintaining, analyzing, and translating financial and operational data into actionable insights. This role will partner closely with business and segment leaders to understand key performance drivers, identify opportunities for growth and cost savings, and provide meaningful recommendations that support business performance.
The Financial Analyst will also play an important role in forecasting, annual planning, management reporting, and the integration of newly acquired businesses into QXO's financial reporting and analysis processes.
This role can be based out of Chicago, IL and/or Denver, CO.
