Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, or related field.
• 6-10 years of experience in business analysis, market intelligence, and process improvement.
• Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and IT KPIs.
• Strong PowerPoint skills for executive presentations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; IT operations understanding.

Responsibilities

• Conduct moderate to complex operational analyses with cross-functional teams.
• Apply data visualization using Power BI, SQL, Python, and Excel to generate insights.
• Lead process mapping to align workflows with objectives and compliance.
• Develop cost models and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Synthesize data into executive-ready deliverables for Director and VP audiences.
• Gather information across IT towers to develop a cohesive performance view.
• Shape leadership messages and key takeaways.
• Manage assignments from data gathering to polished deliverables.
