Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Data Analyst to join the Revenue Management team in our California operations. You will transform large datasets into actionable pricing insights, validate data, and support senior management with reporting and trends on revenue performance.

You’ll collaborate with internal analysts, business partners, and IT to build data models, ensure data quality, and deliver customized insights. A bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in data analytics are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
• Highly proficient in Excel with advanced formulas, vlookups, pivots.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of large datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and variances.
• Apply data mining techniques to extract meaningful insights.
• Build and maintain data models reflecting complex business processes.
• Create clear reports and presentations for stakeholders.
