Qualifications

• Five years+ progressive FP&A or manufacturing finance experience.
• Strong modeling, data analysis, and scenario planning.
• Experience supporting multi-site or global manufacturing operations.
• MBA and CMA are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth financial analysis to support leadership and decisions.
• Analyze profitability by customer, product line, and facility.
• Develop recommendations on pricing, margins, and costs.
• Partner with Finance, Commercial, Operations, and Manufacturing leaders.
• Analyze costs across global facilities (NA, Europe, Asia, Africa, MX).
• Evaluate plant utilization, cost allocations, and production volumes.
• Support footprint optimization via modeling and scenario analysis.
• Build models for operational improvements and long-term strategies.
• Prepare monthly Board reports and executive presentations.
• Respond to ad hoc analyses for execs and PE ownership.
• Research issues and provide recommendations for growth.
• Support month-end close, variance reporting, and reviews.
• Analyze results across legal entities and currencies.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Collaborate with auditors and advisors on initiatives.
• Use SAP, Hyperion, JD Edwards, and Excel to consolidate data.
• Improve reporting tools, dashboards, and models.
• Identify ways to streamline reporting and data quality globally.
