Significance, Inc. seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to provide senior-level program leadership and strategic oversight for the NAVFAC Audit Integration program supporting the Department of the Navy’s accelerated audit goals.

This role requires an active Secret clearance; Interim Secret clearance is acceptable. The successful candidate will manage executive communications, deliver audit remediation planning, and align governance across the BSO while coordinating with senior leadership and NAVFAC

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance; Interim Secret clearance acceptable.
• Bachelor’s-level degree in a Business/Management field or equivalent.
• 5–10 years of experience leading complex federal organizations and programs in audit, accounting, financial management.
• Ability to brief executives on status, risk, and opportunities for audit improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level program leadership and strategic oversight for the NAVFAC Audit Integration program.
• Coordinate with NAVFAC client and BSO leadership at multiple levels.
• Lead audit remediation planning and governance to meet accelerated audit goals.
