Significance, Inc. seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to provide senior-level program leadership and strategic oversight for the NAVFAC Audit Integration program supporting the Department of the Navy’s accelerated audit goals.

This role requires an active Secret clearance; Interim Secret clearance is acceptable. The successful candidate will manage executive communications, deliver audit remediation planning, and align governance across the BSO while coordinating with senior leadership and NAVFAC

Qualifications

Significance is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to provide senior-level program leadership and strategic oversight in support of the NAVFAC Audit Integration program, tasked to support the Department of the Navy’s accelerated audit goals at the NAVFAC/CNIC BSO level. This position requires an active Secret clearance; an Interim Secret clearance is acceptable. This position will provide the NAVFAC client with strategic audit remediation planning in a compressed timeline, while ensuring integrated communication across the BSO at the working level, as well as to senior leadership. The role requires both enterprise strategic level and detailed program and audit execution level management skills, with both working-level staff and senior leadership.

Required Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance; Interim Secret clearance is acceptable.
• Bachelor’s-level degree in aBusiness/Management field or equivalent.
• Five (5) to ten (10) years of extensive experience leading complex federal organizations and programs, with demonstrated expertise in:

• Demonstrated ability to execute program requirements while balancing competing priorities, fiscal constraints, and workforce requirements.

Desired Qualifications

• DoD/federal audit and internal controls experience.

$160,000 - $177,000 a year

At Significance, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location.

The salary range listed is for the level at which this job has been scoped. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply.
