Job summary

Significance is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to provide senior-level program leadership and strategic oversight in support of the NAVFAC Audit Integration program, tasked to support the Department of the Navy’s accelerated audit goals at the NAVFAC/CNIC BSO level. This position requires an active Secret clearance; interim Secret clearance is acceptable.

Qualifications

Active Secret clearance is required; Interim Secret acceptable.
Bachelor's-level degree in a Business/Management field or equivalent.
5–10 years of experience leading complex federal programs with expertise in: audit, accounting, financial management, change management, governance, policy development, program execution, executive stakeholder engagement.
Demonstrated ability to execute program requirements while balancing competing priorities, fiscal constraints and workforce requirements.
DoD/federal audit and internal controls experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

Provide senior-level program leadership and strategic oversight for the NAVFAC Audit Integration program.
Develop strategic audit remediation planning within a compressed timeline.
Coordinate communications across the BSO and to senior leadership.
Lead executive-level briefings on current program execution status to identify audit readiness risks and remediation opportunities.
