Progyny is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support forward-looking financial analysis and insights across the organization. You will partner with cross-functional teams to align actions and targets with company goals, and you’ll need strong communication skills to build relationships at all levels.

A passion for digging into drivers of performance will help you excel in this role. Your day-to-day includes modeling, variance analysis, and translating complex results into actionable

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis or similar analytical role.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA is a plus.
• Strong planning/organizational skills and ability to communicate complex information clearly.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills with data querying experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client-level financial models to assess performance guarantees and outcomes.
• Track results vs. guarantees, investigate variances, identify risks and opportunities.
• Translate modeling results into clear insights for finance, account management, and leadership.
• Perform scenario and sensitivity analyses to inform guarantee structure and pricing.
• Support monthly close and variance analysis for the Accounting team.
• Own and improve internal models, dashboards, and analyses.
• Identify operational problems and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ad hoc reports and projects.
