The role focuses on building scalable analyses, dashboards, and reporting using SQL and modern analytics tools, with collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with an analytical focus in healthcare or related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant healthcare analytics experience.
• Advanced SQL skills and large dataset analysis.
• Proficiency with Tableau, PowerBI or Looker for dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as analytics SME for products and member data.
• Develop end-to-end data models connecting member journey.
• Define KPIs and translate journeys into analyses.
• Build dashboards and reporting using SQL and BI tools.
• Lead deep-dives and communicate insights to stakeholders.
