Responsibilities

• Partner with plant leadership to drive profitability and operational performance.
• Assess and communicate financial impact of operational and commercial decisions.
• Lead monthly financial reporting, including sales, margins, and expenses.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for both locations.
• Provide forward-looking analysis to identify risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Commercial teams.
• Translate financial data into clear insights for non-financial stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment and coordination of financial activities across both sites.
