This role partners closely with Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to deliver insights, strengthen cost discipline, and support business decision-making across both sites.## **Key Responsibilities*** Partner with plant leadership to drive profitability and operational performance* Assess and communicate financial impact of operational and commercial decisions* Lead monthly financial reporting, including sales, margins, and expenses* Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for both locations* Provide forward-looking analysis to identify risks and opportunities* Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Commercial teams* Translate financial data into clear insights for non-financial stakeholders* Ensure alignment and coordination of financial activities across both sites## **Qualifications****Required:*** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance* 4+ years of experience in manufacturing finance or plant controlling* Strong Excel and financial systems skills* Ability to travel monthly to Bridgewater, NJ* Must be a U.S. citizen**Preferred:*** SAP experience* CPA, CMA, or CGMA certification## **Compensation**$95,360 – $150,465**-----------------------------------------****Job Offer Fraud Alert**We take the security of our candidates seriously.
