Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare finance or managed care.
• Experience with payer contracting, financial analysis, and revenue cycle.
• Travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Model and financially review hospital, physician, and value-based contracts using Excel and tools.
• Use BI and reporting tools to analyze payer contract performance and trends.
• Create standard and ad hoc managed care reports with SQL and Power BI.
• Maintain contract and payer data for accurate reporting.
• Review contract language and rate exhibits impacting reimbursement.
• Monitor reporting schedules and update trackers and files.
• Collaborate with negotiators and finance teams to resolve data discrepancies.
• Support contract implementation with documentation and communications.
• Identify trends and opportunities to optimize revenue.
