Job summary

Rocket is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to drive financial strategy and provide senior leadership with accurate insights. You will perform rigorous analyses of budgets, expenses, investments, and economic trends, translating complex data into clear recommendations that influence strategic and operational decisions.

In this role, you will lead budgeting and forecasting, prepare financial statements, and develop advanced models and visualizations with Power BI and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance in a high-volume environment.
• Strong proficiency with financial modeling, Power BI, Excel, and data visualization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to present to non-financial stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze cash flow, expenditures, revenue, depreciation, and investments to advise on financial procedures and controls.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and ensure accuracy of financial information.
• Collect, verify financial data for accounts, products, or business units to track organizational progress against financial goals and identify variances.
• Analyze financial implications of proposed investments and transactions for leadership decisions.
• Evaluate industry, economic, financial, and market trends to forecast the organization's financial position.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes aligned with strategic objectives.
• Report performance, build financial models, and present analyses to guide decisions.
