Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop results analysis to contextualize performance against financial and operational goals.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting and support analysis with accounting partners.
• Prepare monthly management reporting and analysis for leadership oversight.
• Participate in annual financial planning in partnership with actuarial and operations teams.
• Manage monthly expense forecast and reporting for informed decisions.
• Analyze company performance relative to peers and provide actionable insights.
• Drive process improvement and automation in reporting workflows.
