Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent.
• Typically 5–7 years of related actuarial work experience.
• ASA credential; Fellowship (FSA) may be in progress or desired.
• Strong actuarial and financial expertise with product-specific knowledge.
• Experience in a SOX-controlled environment and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly reserving and financial close processes with complex actuarial calculations.
• Drive the reserves determination and annual reserve testing for LTC block.
• Lead data‑driven modernization of reserving workflows and data preparation.
• Produce technical reports and present to senior management.
• Collaborate with Claims, Finance and other teams to provide actuarial guidance.
• Monitor LTC experience and financial trends; lead or participate in special projects.
