Responsibilities

• Develop results analysis to contextualize performance against business unit financial and operational goals.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting results packages and analyze income statement results with finance partners.
• Participate in annual financial planning and forecasting with actuarial and operational teams.
• Manage monthly expense forecast assembly and reporting to enable informed decisions.
• Analyze company performance to generate insights relative to peers.
• Drive process improvement and automation in reporting and analytics.
