CRG Search is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst – Joint Ventures to join our corporate finance team in Charlotte. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of accounting and/or financial analysis experience.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sector finance teams to manage joint venture profit-split calculations, invoicing, schedules, and audits.
• Lead monthly close activities, including journal entries and P&L/balance sheet analysis.
• Analyze financial/contractual data to identify trends and inform business decisions.
• Support client and contractual reconciliations, including burden-rate reconciliation for major accounts.
• Review budgets, forecasts, and annual plans for assigned accounts.
