Job summary

CVS Health, via its Omnicare division, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A, to partner with IT leadership and project stakeholders. The role oversees IT operating and capital budgets, financial oversight, and performance reporting, delivering actionable insights for IT investments and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in finance or accounting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with Netsuite is a plus.
• Healthcare/pharmacy experience or regulated industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own IT budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for operating expenses and capital investments.
• Manage IT P&L by analyzing monthly results and variances with commentary.
• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting cycles for IT expenses.
• Track project spend, resources, timelines, and performance across IT portfolio.
• Develop financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools for IT spending and ROI.
• Collaborate with Accounting during month-end close and variance analysis.
