Job summary

You will coordinate asset transfer requests, lead PIMR accounting, and ensure data integrity between the Oracle GL and ARCs, while liaising with the ERP team to enhance reconciliation processes.

The role requires 5+ years of accounting/finance experience, a relevant degree, and strong computer skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years experience, with degree.
• Advanced computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination and prioritization of asset transfer requests.
• Responsible for PIMR accounting and reporting.
• Ensure data integrity and reconcile to the general ledger.
• Oversee reconciliations for fixed income assets in ARCs.
• Collaborate with ERP to support reconciliation requirements.
• Monitor suspense balances for fixed income assets.
• Prepare monthly reconciliations back to the general ledger.
• Assist with statutory financials on a regulatory basis.
• Respond to management and department requests.
• Mentor analysts in reconciliations and processes.
