Job summary

Victoria's Secret & Co. is seeking an Inventory Accountant to manage complex stock ledger and inventory operations for the Digital business. You will partner with the Distribution Center and cross-functional teams to identify issues, support forecasting and improve reporting accuracy.

You will provide guidance to junior accountants, analyze margins, and help implement inventory process improvements across systems such as WMS, stock ledger, order management and general ledger.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field preferred.
• Experience with inventory accounting and financial reporting.
• Understanding of SOX controls and internal controls processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Distribution Center and stakeholders to identify inventory issues and opportunities.
• Perform monthly forecasting, reporting and analysis for inventory margin accounts.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting accuracy, timeliness and efficiencies.
• Conduct financial and operational analysis to support decision making.
• Provide training and guidance to less experienced accountants.
