Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co is seeking an Inventory Accountant to support the Digital business by maintaining stock ledgers and related inventory processes. You will partner with the Distribution Center and cross-functional teams to identify risks and opportunities, and to drive efficient reporting and forecasting.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in accounting or finance with inventory experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with SAP or SQL.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of accounting or finance experience with inventory management a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; MBA/CPA or equivalent is a plus.
• Advanced Excel and proficiency with Microsoft products.
• Working knowledge of SAP, Snowflake or SQL is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with DC and cross-functional teams to address inventory issues and opportunities.
• Monthly forecasting, reporting and analysis of inventory margin accounts.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting accuracy, timeliness and efficiency.
• Perform financial and operational analyses to influence decisions.
• Provide training and guidance to junior accountants.
• Knowledge of WMS, Stock Ledger, Order Mgmt, GL, Planning and site functionality.
• Support digital projects by gathering inventory requirements, testing and reporting.
• Review journal entries, reconciliations and SOX controls.
