Leoforce is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for a permanent, hybrid role in Westfield, IN. The position focuses on reconciliations, BOM, P&L, KPI, budget management, and cost control within a manufacturing context.

You will deliver financial insights to guide strategic decisions and collaborate across management teams. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in financial analysis, strong Excel skills, and experience in consolidation and forecasting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA/CPA a plus).
• Minimum 5 years in a financial analysis role, preferably in manufacturing/engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial software.
• Solid understanding of financial trends within a company and markets.
• Experience with reconciliation, consolidation, and cost management.
• Familiarity with BOM, P&L, KPI, and budget management.
• Analytical mindset, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
• Clear communication and ability to present financial information effectively.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Responsabilidades

• Perform complex financial analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Develop and maintain financial models and conduct benchmarking.
• Monitor monthly operating results against budget.
• Manage preparation of budget and financial forecasts.
• Conduct cost analysis comparing budgeted vs actual costs.
• Produce timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports.
• Collaborate with management on strategic plans.
• Perform financial reconciliation and consolidation regularly.
• Develop and track KPIs and analyze variances.
• Analyze BOM and its financial impact on the business.
• Create financial models to support strategic initiatives.
