Leoforce is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for a permanent, hybrid role in Westfield, IN. The position focuses on reconciliations, BOM, P&L, KPI, budget management, and cost control within a manufacturing context.

You will deliver financial insights to guide strategic decisions and collaborate across management teams. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in financial analysis, strong Excel skills, and experience in consolidation and forecasting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA/CPA a plus).
• Minimum 5 years in a financial analysis role, preferably in manufacturing/engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial software.
• Solid understanding of financial trends within a company and markets.
• Experience with reconciliation, consolidation, and cost management.
• Familiarity with BOM, P&L, KPI, and budget management.
• Analytical mindset, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
• Clear communication and ability to present financial information effectively.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr Financial Analyst to join our team. This is a permanent, hybrid role that offers the flexibility to work from home while also spending time in our collaborative office environment. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our manufacturing industry, providing financial insights that drive the company's strategic decisions. This role involves reconciliations, Excel, consolidation, BOM, P&L, KPI, budget, and cost management.

Responsibilities

1. 1. Perform complex financial analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
2. 2. Develop and maintain financial models, conducting benchmarking and process analysis.
3. 3. Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget.
4. 4. Manage the preparation of the company's budget and financial forecasts.
5. 5. Conduct cost analysis, comparing budgeted costs to actual costs.
6. 6. Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports.
7. 7. Collaborate with management on the development and execution of strategic plans.
8. 8. Conduct financial reconciliation and consolidation on a regular basis.
9. 9. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs), highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variances.
10. 10. Work on the Bill of Materials (BOM) and understand its financial impact on the business.
11. 11. Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

1. 1. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field. MBA or relevant certification (CFA, CPA) is a plus.
2. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial analysis role, preferably within the engineering industry.
3. 3. Strong proficiency in Excel and financial software applications.
4. 4. Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns.
5. 5. Proficient in financial reconciliation, consolidation, and cost management.
6. 6. Strong understanding of BOM, P&L, KPI, and budget management.
7. 7. Excellent analytical, decision-making, and strategic planning skills.
8. 8. Strong communication and presentation skills, able to present financial information and models in a concise and easily understandable manner.
9. 9. High attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
10. 10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
