Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 5+ years of finance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and operational finance.
• ERP experience (SAP preferred) with advanced Excel and financial analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual budgets and monthly forecasts for the Global Sourcing organization.
• Analyze overhead spending, PPV, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Provide reporting and insights on direct material spend and sourcing performance.
• Track and communicate key operational and financial KPIs to leadership.
• Support monthly business reviews and recurring operational reporting.
• Identify process improvements to enhance forecasting accuracy and financial decision-making.
