Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or finance.
• Experience applying analytical skills to financial data.
• Knowledge of GAAP.
• Experience in audits.
• Experience maintaining financial databases and spreadsheets.
• Ability to secure a U.S. DOE Q-level clearance and U.S. Citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and analyze complex financial workforce/operating plans.
• Analyze funding, costing, and workforce data; investigate variances.
• Provide financial process consultation and improvements.
• Support financial audits and respond to requests.
• Collaborate to align metrics with Institutional Work Breakdown Structure.
• Draft policies and procedures reflecting federal financial laws.
• Represent department on working groups and lead key projects.
• Maintain relationships with customers, colleagues, and managers.
