Job summary

Ocean Spray Cranberries is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for a hybrid role based at our Lakeville, MA corporate headquarters with Mondays and Fridays remote. You will perform monthly financial analysis, close activities, and develop models to support forecasts and long‑term planning.

The candidate should have a finance-related degree, strong Excel/PowerPoint, and the ability to present insights while managing competing priorities and collaborating across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
• Experience processing a financial model and forecasting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to present financial insights
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly financial performance analysis, including variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior year results, and communicate findings to direct manager.
• Perform monthly financial close activities, including preparation and review of accruals to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasts, annual operating plans, and long-term planning processes.
• Analyze financial trends to report on performance of key business drivers.
• Prepare accurate, timely, and value-added financial reports for business leaders and finance management.
• Assist in identifying risks and opportunities impacting financial performance and support mitigation plans.
• Partner with business stakeholders across functions to understand performance drivers.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial reporting, forecasting accuracy, and process efficiency.
