Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Key contributor to the month-end close process, including preparation of Journal Entries, consolidation of Financial Statements, and detailed variance analysis of general ledger accounts.
• Support ProCare BU’s Marketing, Selling and G&A departments as the primary finance partner.
• Provide explanations between budgeted and projected expenses vs. actual results, direct manager’s attention to opportunities for corrective action.
• Partner with functional leaders to created annual budgets and quarterly projections, provide analysis on commentary on variances.
• Gather and analyze fee-per-case volume data, prepare and reconcile monthly customer billings, and monitor compliance metrics to ensure accuracy and adherence to contractual requirements.
• Assist in the development of key performance objectives and drive alignment with business partners.

This role serves as a key resource to the ProCare business, providing financial insight and support that helps leaders understand performance, plan for the future, and make informed business decisions. What You Will Do
