Working Solutions LLC is seeking a Senior Accounting Analyst to join the Accounting and Finance team. The role supports accounting and financial analysis, reports to the Controller, and provides actionable insights for operational and strategic decisions.

The position is hybrid, with remote work two days and on-site three days per week, collaborating with senior leadership across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting and financial analysis.
• MBA or CPA or related discipline is a plus.
• NetSuite experience is a plus.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with multiple departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Perform actual-to-forecast variance analysis during month-end close.
• Record accrual journal entries and support close process.
• Translate complex accounting and financial concepts into clear insights for non-finance stakeholders.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses, including data gathering, modeling, and presentation of findings.
• Participate in special projects, offering analytical recommendations and business insights.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, internal controls, and reporting efficiency.

We are looking to fill a Senior Accounting Analyst role. The Senior Accounting Analyst is a key member of the Accounting and Finance team, supporting accounting and financial analysis functions. Reporting to the Controller, this role is responsible for analysis and providing actionable financial insights.
