Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a Senior Financial Analyst for Gross to Net & Pricing within Finance FP&A. You will own the GTN reserve, lead monthly closes and forecasts, and partner with cross-functional teams to understand contracting and distributor behavior.

Build analytics for inventory patterns, assess price risks, and strengthen journal entries and reporting. The role requires a strong foundation in US GAAP, 3+ years of experience, and excellent analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA/CMA/MBA or other financial certifications preferred.
• 3+ years business experience required.
• Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal skills; ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and lead.
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP, J&J WWP's, and J&J finance methodologies (preferred).
• Root-cause analysis/issue resolution; understanding of AI concepts/frameworks and responsible ethical AI; ability to generate effective prompts.

Responsibilities

• Provide finance leadership/decision support for gross-to-net reserve (~$600MM).
• Own monthly/quarterly close and business forecast updates.
• Partner with cross-functional finance teams to understand contracting and distributor behavior drivers.
• Build analytics for EUS, NTS, and distributor inventory patterns; identify risks/opportunities.
• Identify price risks/opportunities impacting net trade sales and gross profit; develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure accurate, compliant SKU-level journal entries; support quarterly closes/audits (with Global Audit & Assurance).
• Improve reporting, planning cycles, and communication impacting ASPs and data integrity.
