Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Accounting or Finance preferred).
• CPA, MBA, or CMA preferred.
• Minimum 3 years finance experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office required.
• Advanced Excel and presentation skills required.
• Collaborative style; effective in a matrix organization.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with management and external customers.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead business partners through critical forecasting cycles and assess risks and market drivers.
• Develop annual revenue and gross profit plan; update forecasts with partners.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive operational improvements and high-visibility projects.
• Provide insights by challenging assumptions and building alternative scenarios.
• Monthly sales reporting to senior management; IR analysis; price/volume/mix, gross-to-net; SOX compliance; month-end/quarter-close.
• Provide recommendations to improve value of financial information and guide business partners.
