Qualifications

• 42 months of accounting/finance experience with advanced spreadsheet skills.
• Undergraduate degree in business admin, accounting, or finance; 18 months of related experience acceptable.
• Graduate degree in business admin, accounting, or finance; 6 months of related experience acceptable.
• 12 months of experience as Financial Analyst or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develops, reviews & synthesizes data from multiple financial sources to develop reports for leadership and stakeholders.
• Administers fiscal aspects of several federal grants for the Floodplains, Dam Safety, and H2Ohio programs.
• Designs and builds custom financial reports in FIN, Ohio Buys, Access and Excel.
• Reconciles disputes and assists budgeting with forecasting and trend analysis.
