AeroVironment is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to develop and maintain program financial plans, partnering with Program Finance, Planning, Operations and Finance to align cost, revenue and schedules. You will support forecasts, reporting and compliance for government-related programs.

The role requires advanced Excel, ERP experience (Oracle), and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. ITAR context applies and collaboration across teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration or equivalent
• 8+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in financial planning, forecasting or reporting in FP&A environments
• Advanced Excel skills with large datasets and complex models
• Knowledge of ERP systems and enterprise data environments (e.g., Oracle)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain program financial plans and forecasts with cross-functional teams
• Liaise between Finance, Planning, Operations and Program Management for alignment
• Monitor progress of program requirements and analyze cost/revenue variance
• Support accrual analyses by tracking inventory, WIP and movements
• Prepare financial analyses and reports for leadership visibility
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and government regulations
• Conduct complex variance, risk, and profit/loss analyses
• Drive process improvements across reporting tools and data flows
• Handle non-routine analyses and reporting as needed
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support accurate financial outcomes
